High-Quality PBT Eyelash Filament with Mixed Curl & 3D Effect

This eyelash filament is a dedicated raw material for eyelashes, made of high-quality PBT material. It combines flexibility and shaping power, with a delicate touch close to the texture of natural eyelashes. The new upgraded version is equipped with a mixed curl technology, breaking the limitation of traditional single curl. During the bending and shaping process, the eyelash filament can naturally form a flower shape. Without additional complex processing, it can present a three-dimensional and full 3D effect. The finished eyelashes made are layered, with natural and vivid curl, getting rid of the rigid and flat feeling, and greatly improving the appearance and competitiveness of the subsequent finished products.

The selected PBT material has stable performance, with uniform fiber thickness, no burrs, and not easy to deform. It has excellent resilience. After later processing and shaping, the curl is long-lasting, resistant to bending and not easy to break. It balances softness and stiffness, which can not only ensure wearing comfort but also maintain the three-dimensional shape of eyelashes, suitable for various eyelash processing technologies.
